PeaceFem brings together data on women and peacemaking in one easy-to-use app in English, Arabic, French, and Indonesian. PeaceFem provides information about strategies women’s rights advocates have used to influence peace agreements, information about the enabling and constraining factors that shaped the space for influence, and the gender provisions in the peace agreements that resulted and information as to how well they were implemented. It is intended for use by women’s rights advocates, mediation and negotiation teams, as well as other actors working in peace and security, and also to act as inspiration for anyone interested in inclusive peace mediation.Features:• The app can be searched by any of the criteria: region, country/entity, peace process, strategy, provision, agreement name, or any combination of those.• The buttons ‘Gender Provisions’, ‘Strategies’, ‘Enabling and Constraining Factors’ and ‘Gender Provisions in Other Agreements’ open pop-up boxes with summaries of case studies on this agreement.• The ‘Region’, ‘Country’, ‘Strategies’ and ‘Provisions’ buttons in the bottom bar lead to individual pages with icons to browse among.
